We want every product to delight you. If not, we’ll make things right.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are available within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unwashed.
• Packaging: Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof: Returns must be supported by proof of purchase (order number).

Once the return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees cannot be refunded, and return postage may apply to the customer.

Returnable Cases (Our Error)

Returns/Exchanges will be fully covered by TERESA ANNE WOOTEN LLC if the issue is due to our error, including:

• Defective printing or design flaws.
• Spelling mistakes made by us.
• Wrong color or size sent by us.
• Items arriving with stains or defects.
• Other verifiable mistakes from our side.

Non-Returnable Cases (Customer Error)

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues resulting from customer error, including:

• Wrong size ordered by the customer (please check our size chart carefully).
• Wrong print/customization selected by the customer.
• Errors in custom text provided by the customer.
• General buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction (unless defective).
