1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: We accept refunds for items in New or Slightly Used condition.
Reasons: Refunds are granted for defective products (damaged by carrier/manufacturing) or customer remorse (wrong item/change of mind).
2. Refund Processing Time

Inspection: Once your returned package arrives at our facility (192 W Villa Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180), our team will inspect it within 2 business days.
Approval: After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
Completion: Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. No Additional Costs
We do not believe in hidden fees for our customers:
Restocking Fees: There are NO restocking fees for any returned items.
Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the product price paid. Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout (for orders under $100) are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the 7-business-day window, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the “Handling” phase (within 1 business day), it cannot be canceled, and the standard return/refund process will apply.
