You have a window of 30 days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

New & Unused: Items in their original, pristine condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Slightly Used: We understand you may need to try an item on. We accept returns for products that show minor signs of use, provided they are clean and undamaged.

Note: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement.
