3. Counter-Notification

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the court for your district, or if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Litlebaner may be found.

4. Copyright Infringement Consequences

If a valid DMCA takedown notice is submitted, we will remove the infringing material from our website. However, we may re-post or restore content if we receive a valid counter-notification within 10 business days. Continued or repeated infringement may result in the suspension or termination of the infringing user’s access to our website.

5. Repeat Infringement

In accordance with the DMCA, Litlebaner will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We may also suspend or terminate access to our website for users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others.

6. Limitations of Liability
